How does one classify the music of The Nudes? It is a genius mix between Jazz, Folk and Classical styles. Their music transcends definition. These two musically-gifted gems are a joy to listen to, and a lot of fun when performing.
Walter Parks is excellent with a guitar, but for me it is his several-octave voice that makes his part of the act. Stephanie Winters provides sweet, precision harmonies and fantastic cello work. Together, they are a wonderful team, the duet being, somehow, more than the sum of its parts.
